As a niche spare parts distributor and market leader, this organisation has had a strong local presence for a number of decades, growing from small beginnings. With a loyal client base and continued growth in recent years, there has been a need for an additional Phone Sales Representative with an interest in tech, spare parts or car parts to join their boutique team. Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- 6-month training process, learning the ins-and-outs of spare part products
- Handling customer service calls and order processing
- Long-term stepping into BD and Sales, growing the commercial arm of the business
This role would be best suited to a Sales Officer/Representative who is comfortable and confident on the phone, reaching out to commercial clients and providing exemplary service. Ideally, having a background in spare parts or understanding of the industry will be advantageous. There will initially be a 6-month training process, where a clear understanding of products, processes and customer service will be laid out, after which the sales component will begin.
You will be rewarded with a close-knit team that values work ethic, providing ongoing support and can also have a laugh. In this environment, you will be mentored and provided opportunities into Business Development on the road or other areas that are not as easily accessible in larger companies.
